Information for Online Test Status and DNA Results Through the Internet

If you are having trouble using your Pickup Code, or would like to find out more about checking your test status and receiving your DNA results online, please read the following information.

Who'zTheDaddy's exclusive secure internet results release allows you to check the status of your DNA test and download your test results using the password or Pickup Code provided when we received your DNA samples. This enables you to see your DNA results report as soon as the test is completed.

DNA test results can be telephoned, emailed or posted for an additional administration fee, currently £5 for telephone, £10 for email, £15 for first class post or £25 for all three. Please contact us on 01342 850 852 if you wish to receive your results by one, two or all three of these methods.

The Pickup Code may be shared with other parties at the discretion of the person completing the sample collection form and/or paying the laboratory processing fee. This is a very powerful, convenient and private service which makes the entire DNA testing process much easier, especially when viewing and discussing results with Who'zTheDaddy staff or other test participants.

Do not lose your Pickup Code! Lost Pickup Codes can take up to 48 hours to be reissued and an administration fee of £25 applies. Identification will also have to be verified.
